Californian Massage was born in the Seventies in Southern California during a particularly difficult period due to the Vietnam War.
The characteristic of this massage, which distinguishes it from others, is that of maintaining contact of the hands on the body for its entire duration.
The technique uses a rhythmic series of fluid and enveloping passages, which creates contact and profound communication between operator and client.
Some of its movements connect the lower and upper parts of the body, the right side with the left, promoting the circulation and rebalancing of vital energies; It is thus possible to reach a state of calm which helps to bring out emotions sedimented deep within the body that the mind has forgotten, thus allowing the liberation of one's internal emotions and proper integration of the body with the mind.
